De Avalon E-Cargo wordt uitgevoerd met een AKM voorwielmotor. De motor is erg krachtig en levert genoeg kracht om vlot door het stadsverkeer te kunnen rijden, toch is deze geluidsarm en heeft zeer soepele rijeigenschappen. De 432Wh accu geeft je genoeg actieradius om naar school of werk te fietsen.
Het bedienen van de E-Cargo gaat eenvoudig dankzij een eenvoudig LCD-display bij het linkerhandvat. Het display geeft informatie over de batterijstatus en waarin van de 5 ondersteuningsstanden je fietst. Het voor- en achterlicht wordt gevoed vanuit de batterij.
